As part of their annual tradition of performing a traveling Shakespeare show, Back Alley Productions presents Hamlet free to the public for six performances at various venues around the Chattanooga and North Georgia area.

The troupe will kick off the tour on August 4th and 5th at their home location, the historic Mars Theatre, 117 N Chattanooga Ave., Lafayette, Georgia. Both shows start at 8pm. Although admission is free, seating is limited so reservations are absolutely required by visiting the production company’s website, BackAlleyProductions.org.

After opening weekend on Friday, August 12th the show will then travel to the North Georgia Amphitheater located at the Benton Place Campus, 220 Catoosa Cir, Ringgold, GA 30736, Saturday August 20th at the Coolidge Park open air stage, and the Camp Jordan Stage on Friday, Aug. 26 and Saturday, Aug. 27. All performances are at 8pm EDT.

Outdoor audience members are encouraged to bring water, snacks and a blanket for grass. Outdoor shows will still be performed even if it rains, unless the weather is severe and dangerous.

Tax-deductible donations contributing to this and future productions can be made by visiting BackAlleyProductions.org.
